Overnight Barley Porridge

A healthy and tasty breakfast that makes itself overnight.

Ingredients

200ml Helsekorn hull-less barley groats
200ml milk
200ml yogurt
1 tablespoon honey (optional)


Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a container with a lid.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir the porridge before serving.
