Mom’s Best Pancakes with Barley

Ingredients

1 serving quick-cooking Helsekorn hull-less barley flakes
200ml wheat flour
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs


Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Fry in butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Serve warm with sour cream and jam, or with brown cheese.
